The Commission shall be assisted by the Committee for the Common Organisation of the Agricultural Markets established by Article 229(1) of Regulation (EU) No 1308/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council4 and, as regards processed agricultural products, the Commission shall be assisted by the Committee on horizontal questions concerning trade in processed agricultural products not listed in Annex I established by Article 44(1) of Regulation (EU) No 510/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council5. Those Committees shall be committees within the meaning of Regulation (EU) No 182/2011.
