Article 3Information concerning type of clients in the Union

A third-country firm shall provide the information referred to in Article 46(5) of Regulation (EU) No 600/2014 to the clients in a durable medium.
2.
The information referred to in Article 46(5) of Regulation (EU) No 600/2014, shall be:
(a)
provided in English or in the official language, or one of the official languages, of the Member State where the services are to be provided;
(b)
presented and laid out in a way that is easy to read, using characters of readable size;
(c)
without using colours that may diminish the comprehensibility of the information.
