CHAPTER XIV U.K. FINAL PROVISIONS

Article 64 U.K. Repeal

1. Without prejudice to Article 58(1) to (4) of this Regulation, Directive 97/68/EC is repealed with effect from 1 January 2017.

2. References to the repealed Directive shall be construed as references to this Regulation.
