The model of the demand unit used by a demand facility owner or a closed distribution system operator to provide demand response very fast active power control shall demonstrate the technical capability of the demand unit to provide very fast active power control to a low frequency event in the conditions set out in Article 30.

The simulation shall be deemed passed provided that the model demonstrates compliance with the conditions set out in Article 30.
