CHAPTER IIIAMENDMENTS, REPEAL, TRANSITIONAL AND FINAL PROVISIONS
Article 13Transitional provisions
1.
This Regulation does not affect the applicable period of validity and the amount of the security lodged for licences which have not expired on 6 November 2016.
2.
At the request of the titular holder, the security lodged for a licence shall be released when all of the following conditions are met:
(a)
the validity of the licence has not expired on the date referred to in paragraph 1;
(b)
the licence is no longer required for the products concerned from the date referred to in paragraph 1;
(c)
the licence has been used only partially or not at all on the date referred to in paragraph 1.
