The provisions of Regulation (EC) No 555/2008 that are deleted in accordance with Article 57 of this Regulation shall continue to apply to those operations that have been submitted to the competent authorities before the date of entry into force of this Regulation.

Member States shall ensure that the operations to which the relevant provisions of Regulation (EC) No 555/2008 continue to apply in accordance with paragraph 1 are clearly identified through their management and control system.
