Article 23 U.K. Registration of hybrid breeding pigs in breeding registers

1. Breeding operations shall, at the request of their breeders, register in their breeding register any hybrid breeding pig of the same breed, line or cross that fulfils the requirements set out in Part 2 of Annex II.

2. Breeding operations shall not refuse to register in their breeding registers any hybrid breeding pigs that have been registered in accordance with Part 2 of Annex II in a breeding register established for the same breed, line or cross by a breeding operation recognised in accordance with Article 4(3) in the [F1 United Kingdom or by a breeding body in a third country included in the list provided for in Article 34].
