In accordance with the provisions of Article 16(2) and Article 23(2) of Regulation (EC) No 882/2004, the frequency of the physical checks carried out by the F1competent authority on consignments of products referred to in Article 1 and presented in accordance with Article 2 shall be reduced to the maximum percentage of the number of presented consignments as set out in Annex I.
