The application of Regulation (EU) No 331/2014 shall be extended to Member States other than the participating Member States as defined in point (a) of Article 1 of Regulation (EC) No 974/98.

The competent national authorities of Member States referred to in paragraph 1 of this Article shall be considered as eligible bodies for funding within the meaning of Article 5 of Regulation (EU) No 331/2014.
