Article 25Amendments to Directive 2009/16/EC

The following point shall be added to the list set out in Annex IV to Directive 2009/16/EC:

‘50.

Document of Compliance issued under Regulation (EU) 2015/757 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 29 April 2015 on the monitoring, reporting and verification of carbon dioxide emissions from maritime transport, and amending Directive 2009/16/EC16.’

Article 26Entry into force

This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 July 2015.
