Sampling and analysis for the official control of the levels of erucic acid set in sections 8 of the Annex to Regulation (EC) No 1881/2006 shall be carried out in accordance with the Annex to this Regulation.

Paragraph 1 shall apply without prejudice to the provisions of Regulation (EC) No 882/2004.
