The scientific data and other information included in the application, which are claimed by the applicant as proprietary and without the submission of which the health claim could not have been authorised are restricted for use for the benefit of the applicant for a period of five years from [F121 April 2015] under the conditions laid down in Article 21(1) of Regulation (EC) No 1924/2006.
