Article 11 U.K. Entry into force and application

1. This Regulation shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.

It shall apply from 30 June 2015.

2. By way of derogation from paragraph 1, [F1 the CAA] may decide not to apply Annexes I to IV, in whole or in part, before 31 December 2016.

When [F2 the CAA] makes use of this possibility, F3 ... the relevant provisions of Commission Regulation (EU) No 805/2011 shall continue to apply.
