Article 1 U.K. Scope

[F1 1. This Regulation shall apply to firearms of all categories listed in Part II of Annex I to Directive 91/477/EEC.]

2. This Regulation shall not apply to firearms deactivated prior to [F2 8 April 2016], unless those firearms are transferred [F3 outside of the United Kingdom] or placed on the market.
