Regulation (EU) No 1169/2011 is amended as follows:

1. (1)

   In Article 2(1) the following point is added:

   ‘(h)

   the definition of “engineered nanomaterials” as established by point (f) of Article 3(2) of Regulation (EU) 2015/2283 of the European Parliament and of the Council20.’.

2. (2)

   Point (t) of Article 2(2) is deleted.

   References to the deleted point (t) of Article 2(2) of Regulation (EU) No 1169/2011 shall be construed as references to point (f) of Article 3(2) of this Regulation.

3. (3)

   In Article 18, paragraph 5 is deleted.
