Article 1 U.K. Subject matter and scope

1. This Regulation establishes F1 ... rules to safeguard equal and non-discriminatory treatment of traffic in the provision of internet access services and related end-users’ rights.

2. This Regulation sets up a new retail pricing mechanism for Union-wide regulated roaming services in order to abolish retail roaming surcharges without distorting domestic and visited markets.
