Article 3Rating types

Credit rating agencies shall, when reporting credit ratings or rating outlooks, classify them as one of the following types of ratings:

(a)

corporate ratings;

(b)

structured finance ratings;

(c)

sovereign and public finance ratings;

(d)

other financial instruments.
