This Regulation is without prejudice to the level of protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data under F1F2assimilated direct legislation and national law, and in particular does not alter the obligations and rights set out in F3Regulation (EU) No 2016/679 and Regulation (EC) No 45/2001. The protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data shall be ensured in particular with regard to any disclosure or communication of personal data in an attesting document.
