As soon as the relevant authority publishes a list of simple programmes selected under Article 11 of Regulation (EU) No 1144/2014, it must inform the proposing organisations concerned whether or not their applications have been accepted.

The starting date of the implementation of the programme shall be the first day of the month following the date of signature of the contract. However, the starting date may be postponed for up to 6 months, in particular to take into account the seasonality of the product concerned by the programme or participation in a specific event or fair.
