Articles 3, 4, 6 and 7 shall apply to the procedure for registration pursuant to Article 3(6) of Regulation (EC) No 273/2004 or Article 7(1) of Regulation (EC) No 111/2005.

Registration pursuant to Article 3(6) of Regulation (EC) No 273/2004 or Article 7(1) of Regulation (EC) No 111/2005 shall be granted in the format set out in Annex II.

By way of derogation from paragraph 2, the competent authority may grant registration on a form printed before the date of entry into force of this Regulation and complying with national rules in place before the date of entry into force of this Regulation until the stocks are exhausted.

Paragraphs 1, 2 and 3 shall not apply to special registrations referred to in Article 3(6) of Regulation (EC) No 273/2004.
