Manufacturers applying for EU type-approval shall provide statements on endurance of functional safety-critical systems, parts and equipment referred to in Article 22(2) of Regulation (EU) No 168/2013 and on vehicle structure integrity as referred to in Annex XIX to Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) No 3/20143 to that Regulation on the basis of the templates set out in Annex II to this Regulation.
