This Regulation lays down:

   provisions supplementing Regulation (EU) No 1305/2013 as regards:

   1. (a)

      young farmers;

   2. (b)

      farm and forest exchange schemes and visits;

   3. (c)

      quality schemes — promotion;

   4. (d)

      farm and business development;

   5. (e)

      afforestation and creation of woodland;

   6. (f)

      agri-environment-climate;

   7. (g)

      conservation of genetic resources in agriculture and in forestry;

   8. (h)

      exclusion of double-funding;

   9. (i)

      animal F1health and welfare;

   10. (j)

       cooperation;

   11. (k)

       commercial loans to mutual funds,

   12. (l)

       investments;

   13. (m)

       conversion or adjustment of commitments;

   14. (n)

       extended or new commitments;

   F2specific transitional rules laying down the conditions under which support approved by the Commission under Regulation (EC) No 1698/2005 F3... may be integrated into support provided under Regulation (EU) No 1305/2013 F4....
