The S2R Joint Undertaking may make use of seconded national experts and trainees not employed by the S2R Joint Undertaking. The number of seconded national experts expressed in full-time equivalents shall be added to information on staff as referred to in Article 6(4) in line with the annual budget.

The Governing Board shall adopt a decision laying down rules on the secondment of national experts to the S2R Joint Undertaking and on the use of trainees.
