Article 1 U.K. Scope

This Regulation lays down rules for the application of Regulation (EU) No 1307/2013 in relation to:

(a)

general provisions on direct payments;

(b)

the [F2 basic payment scheme] [F2 farm sustainability payment scheme];

(c)

[F3 the payment for farmers observing agricultural practices beneficial for the climate and the environment;]

Article 2 U.K. General principles
