X1Directive 2003/6/EC and Commission Directives 2004/72/EC, 2003/125/EC 32 and 2003/124/EC33 and Commission Regulation (EC) No 2273/200334 shall be repealed with effect from 3 July 2016. References to Directive 2003/6/EC shall be construed as references to this Regulation and shall be read in accordance with the correlation table set out in Annex II to this Regulation.
