CHAPTER 2 U.K. INSIDE INFORMATION, INSIDER DEALING, UNLAWFUL DISCLOSURE OF INSIDE INFORMATION AND MARKET MANIPULATION

Article 14 U.K. Prohibition of insider dealing and of unlawful disclosure of inside information

A person shall not:

(a)

engage or attempt to engage in insider dealing;

(b)

recommend that another person engage in insider dealing or induce another person to engage in insider dealing; or

(c)

unlawfully disclose inside information.
