Article 14Prohibition of insider dealing and of unlawful disclosure of inside information

A person shall not:

  1. (a)

    engage or attempt to engage in insider dealing;

  2. (b)

    recommend that another person engage in insider dealing or induce another person to engage in insider dealing; or

  3. (c)

    unlawfully disclose inside information.
