1.Regulation (EC) No 1049/2001 of the European Parliament and of the Council(1) shall apply to documents held by the Clean Sky 2 Joint Undertaking.
2.The Governing Board may adopt the practical arrangements for implementing Regulation (EC) No 1049/2001.
3.Without prejudice to Article 10 of this Regulation, decisions taken by the Clean Sky 2 Joint Undertaking pursuant to Article 8 of Regulation (EC) No 1049/2001 may form the subject of a complaint to the Ombudsman under the conditions laid down in Article 228 TFEU.
4.The Clean Sky 2 Joint Undertaking shall adopt practical arrangements for implementing Regulation (EC) No 1367/2006 of the European Parliament and of the Council(2).
