Article 6 U.K. Competent authorities and focal point

[F1 1. The Secretary of State must designate one or more competent authorities to be responsible for the application of this Regulation. The Secretary of State must publish from time to time any changes to the names or addresses of the competent authorities responsible for the application of this Regulation.]
