CHAPTER II U.K. USER COMPLIANCE

Article 10 U.K. Records of checks

1. The competent authorities shall keep, for at least five years, records of the checks referred to in Article 9(1), indicating, in particular, their nature and results, as well as records of any remedial actions and measures taken under Article 9(6).

(a) in England, Wales and Northern Ireland, in accordance with the Environmental Information Regulations 2004;

(b) in Scotland, in accordance with the Environmental Information (Scotland) Regulations 2004.]
