               <Text>Having regard to the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union,</Text>
            </P>
            <P>
               <Text>Having regard to Council Regulation (EC) No 560/2005 of 12 April 2005 imposing certain specific restrictive measures directed against certain persons and entities in view of the situation in Côte d'Ivoire<FootnoteRef Ref="f00001"/>, and in particular Article 11a(2) thereof,</Text>

               <Text>Whereas:</Text>
            </P>
            <Division>
               <Number>(1)</Number>
               <P>
                  <Text>On 12 April 2005, the Council adopted Regulation (EC) No 560/2005.</Text>
               </P>
            </Division>
            <Division>
               <Number>(2)</Number>
               <P>
                  <Text>The Council carried out a review of the list set out in Annex IA to Regulation (EC) No 560/2005, in accordance with Article 11a(6) of that Regulation.</Text>
               </P>
            </Division>
            <Division>
               <Number>(3)</Number>
               <P>
                  <Text>The Council has determined that there are no longer grounds for keeping one person on the list set out in Annex IA to Regulation (EC) No 560/2005.</Text>
               </P>
            </Division>
            <Division>
               <Number>(4)</Number>
               <P>
                  <Text>In addition, the information in relation to two persons on the list set out in Annex IA to Regulation (EC) No 560/2005 should be updated.</Text>
               </P>

                  <Text>Regulation (EC) No 560/2005 should therefore be amended accordingly,</Text>
