Article 17Entry into force

This Regulation shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.

Article 5, Article 6(2), Article 8, Article 9(1) and Article 14(5) and (9) shall apply from the date of application referred to in Article 309(1) of Directive 2009/138/EC.
