This Regulation lays down the rules and procedures for the adoption of detailed rules for the implementation of certain provisions of the Stabilisation and Association Agreement between the European Communities and their Member States, of the one part, and the Republicof Serbia, of the other part (‘SAA’).

All references in this Regulation to provisions of the SAA shall, whenever applicable, be understood as referring to the corresponding provisions of the Interim Agreement.
