This Regulation establishes the F1European code of conduct on partnership for F2Partnership Agreements and programmes F3supported by the European Structural and Investment Funds F3funded by support for rural development or support under Regulation 508/2014.

In this Regulation, a reference to Regulation (EU) No 1303/2013 or any provision of that Regulation is to be read as a reference to that Regulation as it applies for the purpose of support for rural development and support under Regulation 508/2014.
