CHAPTER IIIU.K.MAIN PRINCIPLES AND GOOD PRACTICES CONCERNING THE INVOLVEMENT OF RELEVANT PARTNERS IN THE PREPARATION OF THE [F1PARTNERSHIP AGREEMENT AND] PROGRAMMES

Article 8U.K.Preparation of programmes

[F2Member States] [F2The relevant authority] shall involve relevant partners, in accordance with their institutional and legal framework, in the preparation of programmes, and in particular concerning:

(a)

the analysis and identification of needs;

(b)

the definition or selection of priorities and related specific objectives;

(c)

the allocation of funding;

(d)

the definition of programmes’ specific indicators;

(e)

the implementation of the horizontal principles as defined in Articles 7 and 8 of Regulation (EU) No 1303/2013;

(f)

the composition of the monitoring committee.
