F1Member States F1The relevant authority shall involve relevant partners, in accordance with their institutional and legal framework, in the preparation of programmes, and in particular concerning:

1. (a)

   the analysis and identification of needs;

2. (b)

   the definition or selection of priorities and related specific objectives;

3. (c)

   the allocation of funding;

4. (d)

   the definition of programmes’ specific indicators;

5. (e)

   the implementation of the horizontal principles as defined in Articles 7 and 8 of Regulation (EU) No 1303/2013;

6. (f)

   the composition of the monitoring committee.
