Article 12Obligations relating to data protection, confidentiality and conflict of interest

F1Member States F1The relevant authority shall ensure that partners involved in the preparation of calls of proposals, progress reports and in monitoring and evaluation of programmes are aware of their obligations related to data protection, confidentiality and conflict of interest.
