<num>TITLE IV</num><heading>FINAL PROVISIONS</heading><article eId="article-13" uk:target="true"><num>Article 13</num><heading>Financial reference amount</heading><paragraph eId="article-13-1"><num>1.</num><content><p>The financial reference amount for the implementation of this Regulation over the period 2014 to 2020 shall be EUR 225 321 000.</p></content></paragraph><paragraph eId="article-13-2"><num>2.</num><content><p>Annual appropriations shall be authorised by the European Parliament and Council within the limits of the multiannual financial framework.</p></content></paragraph></article>
