X The requirements of the relevant act are applicable. The series of amendments of the UNECE Regulations which applies on a compulsory basis are listed in Annex IV to Regulation (EC) No 661/2009. Series of amendments adopted subsequently are accepted as an alternative. Member States may grant extensions to existing type-approvals granted according to the former EU Directives repealed by Regulation (EC) 661/2009 under the conditions fixed by Article 13(14) of Regulation (EC) 661/2009.” U.K.
