AThe requirements shall be fulfilled to the greatest extent. The type-approval authority may only grant exemption(s) if the manufacturer demonstrates that the vehicle cannot meet the requirements due to its special purpose. The exemptions granted shall be described on the vehicle type-approval certificate and the certificate of conformity (remark –entry 52).U.K.
