Member States' expenditure in relation to the payments under this Regulation shall only by eligible for Union financial assistance if it has been paid by the following dates:

1. (a)

   30 June 2015 in respect of operations carried out during the period referred to in Article 1(3)(a);

2. (b)

   30 September 2015 in respect of operations carried out during the period referred to in Article 1(3)(b) F2;

3. (c)

   F330 September 2016 in respect of operations carried out during the period referred to in Article 1(3)(c).
