Without prejudice to Article 5, on the 10th working day following a week where the application period ended, the competent authority shall issue certificates for the applications notified to the Commission, in accordance with Article 4(2).

Each Monday Member States shall notify the Commission of the quantities of sugar and/or isoglucose for which they issued certificates in the preceding week.
