Article 5 U.K. Application of Regulation (EC) No 278/2009

Article 2(1)(g) of Regulation (EC) No 278/2009 is replaced by the following:

‘(g)

it is intended for use with electrical and electronic household and office equipment as referred to in Article 2(1) of Regulation (EC) No 1275/2008 or with computers as defined in Commission Regulation (EU) No 617/2013(1).’
