Article 4Amendment to Regulation (EC) No 1275/2008
Point 2 of Annex I to Regulation (EC) No 1275/2008 is replaced by the following:

Information technology equipment intended primarily for use in the domestic environment, but excluding desktop computers, integrated desktop computers and notebook computers as defined in Commission Regulation (EU) No 617/20136.’
