Regulation (EC) No 273/2008 is amended as follows:

   Article 19 is deleted;

2. (2)

   the following Article 19a is inserted:

   ‘Article 19aNotifications

   The notifications provided for in Article 2, Article 4(1) and in Annex III C shall be made in accordance with Commission Regulation (EC) No 792/200912.’.
