This Regulation shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.

Annex I, point (1) shall apply from 7 December 2014.

Annex I, point (3), Annex II, point (2) and Annex III, point (4) shall apply from 7 June 2014.
