THE EUROPEAN COMMISSION,

Having regard to the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union,

Having regard to Directive 2010/31/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 19 May 2010 on the energy performance of buildings, and in particular Article 5(1) thereof,

Whereas:

The Hungarian text of Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) No 244/2012 contains several errors.

Delegated Regulation (EU) No 244/2012 should therefore be corrected accordingly,

HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION:

Article 1 Concerns only the Hungarian language version. Article 2 This Regulation shall enter into force on the day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
