In the absence of guidance issued by the FCA, the provisions of this Section shall be interpreted in a consistent manner with the corresponding provisions of F2rules made by the FCA under section 137A of FSMA in accordance with regulation 33 of the Securitisation Regulations 2024 (due-diligence requirements of institutional investors).
