The Commission shall be assisted by the Management Committee for Direct Payments established by Article 141 of Regulation (EC) No 73/2009, except for the implementation of Article 24 of this Regulation, for which the Commission shall be assisted by the Standing Committee on Plant Health established by Council Decision 76/894/EEC16. Those Committees are committees within the meaning of Regulation (EU) No 182/2011.
