Article 4Aid for private storage

To establish the amount of aid for private storage for the products listed in Article 17 of Regulation (EU) No 1308/2013, where aid is granted in accordance with Article 18(2) of that Regulation, either a tendering procedure shall be opened for a limited period or the aid shall be fixed in advance. The aid may be fixed per F1constituent nation.

The F2appropriate authority must make regulations:
